OUR MISSION
A space for discovery, healing, and becoming who you were meant to be.
Many of us carry limiting beliefs shaped by past experiences—beliefs that quietly influence our relationships, self-worth, and how we move through the world. At Endurance Counseling, Ashley Brown helps clients uncover the roots of these beliefs so emotional freedom becomes possible.
With a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, Ashley provides therapy that supports real transformation, deep healing, and renewed confidence.

Why “Endurance”?
Endurance reflects how healing actually happens. Real change is rarely quick or linear. It is paced, intentional work that unfolds over time. Healing requires steadiness, support, and ongoing care, especially in harsh or challenging environments. Endurance is not about pushing through alone, but about staying engaged in the process, even when it is difficult. Endurance Counseling was named from the belief that meaningful healing is built over time, through steady effort and compassionate guidance.
Meet Ashley Brown
Hello, I’m Ashley.
I’m a Las Vegas native, a mother, and a Nevada-licensed therapist who is deeply committed to helping people heal long-standing wounds and patterns that no longer serve them.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNLV in 2015 and have worked with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and major life transitions. Becoming a parent deepened my understanding of the challenges that come with early parenthood, and I love supporting other parents who are navigating that season of life.
My work is rooted in the belief that our life experiences—both painful and empowering—shape how we show up in our relationships, careers, and daily lives. I use EMDR therapy and a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to help clients reconnect with themselves, rewrite old narratives, and create new patterns of emotional resilience.
