Hello I'm Ashley,
I’m a Las Vegas native, a mother, and a Nevada-licensed therapist deeply committed to helping people heal long-standing wounds and patterns that no longer serve them. I believe meaningful healing happens over time, through steady, supported work that honors each person’s lived experience.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2015 and have worked in the mental health field in Nevada for over ten years. My clinical background includes a range of settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, substance use treatment, juvenile justice, and community mental health. This diverse experience has shaped a grounded, trauma-informed approach to care.
Outside of the therapy office, I mostly chase my tiny humans. But when I get moments for myself, I enjoy reading thrillers, drinking good coffee, spending time outdoors, riding horses, and snuggling with my dogs.
My Approach
I currently work with adult individuals, with an emphasis on complex trauma, parenting-related concerns, and perinatal mood disorders. My clinical work primarily draws from EMDR, person-centered, strengths-based, and psychodynamic approaches. I am certified in EMDR and am currently a Consultant in Training through EMDRIA.
Much of my work focuses on supporting adults who are beginning to recognize how their own experiences of being parented continue to influence their relationships, sense of self, and professional lives. My goal is to help clients break unhelpful cycles, develop greater self-understanding, and build lives that feel more intentional, balanced, and fulfilling both at home and at work.
